All items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fest@accessnow.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and do our best to make it right.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information if you encounter issues.
